These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and egk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the egk33 website at https://egk33.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional programmes offered from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your egk33 account balance in real time, typically within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. egk33 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the egk33 account holder.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players are expected to use egk33 for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited on egk33:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate match, game, or betting market outcomes.
• Using egk33 for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with egk33 support.
• Accessing or attempting to access egk33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN, proxy services, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.

egk33 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, egk33 may immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, void bets and game results, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all funds held in their account.

egk33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has occurred, or that continued access would pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, egk33 is obligated to retain any funds in the account pending investigation and may be required to share information with relevant authorities.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts flagged under a self-exclusion request will be closed in accordance with the responsible gaming policy and cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

egk33 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. egk33 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable. egk33's total cumulative liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their egk33 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

egk33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, egk33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
